Processing principle of the thread rolling machine:the principle of processing small module involute splines through cold holes on the wire rolling machine.L and R are a pair of involute rolling wheels with the same parameters.They are respectively installed on two spindles of the wire rolling machine and can rotate synchronously in the same direction under the drive of the transmission mechanism The R wheel can be driven by the oil cylinder for radial feeding movement, and the L wheel can coincide with the R wheel’s indentation on the working P surface through the adjustment mechanism.Workpiece P is positioned and clamped by two central holes,and the fixture can be adjusted to make the workpiece move axially.When stressed,it can swing one around the axis parallel to the machine tool spindle through point O on the fixture Φ Angle,so as to ensure that the workpiece is always kept in a free rolling state with the two rolling wheels during cold rolling, and at the same time,it is convenient to install and clamp the workpiece. The structural dimensions,geometric tolerances and technical requirements of the rolling wheel are formulated by reference to the rolling wheel and cylindrical measuring gear.The common normal length or span distance M of the rolling wheel is calculated according to the spline data in the gear machine,and the required material can be CR12MOV (hardness 59~62HRC)
