The operation control of the pneumatic frame column drilling machine is concentrated on the operating table. The position and functions of each operating device are as follows:
1.Feeding and pulling handle – the first handle on the left side of the operating table enables the column rotation mechanism to move forward, backward and stop on the guide rail.The handle is pushed forward, the slewing mechanism is advanced, the handle is pulled back, the slewing mechanism is backward, the handle is placed in the middle position, and the slewing mechanism stops moving.
2.Motor operating handle – second handle on the left side of the console.Used to change the direction of the motor, push the handle forward, turn the gyroscope forward, pull back, turn the gyroscope backward, stop turning in the middle position.
3.Tighten operating handle — the first handle on the right side of the operating table, push the handle forward, tighten the column, pull back the column.The middle position keeps the pressure tight.
4.Speed control knob – the only knob located on the operating table.It is used to control the drilling speed. The drilling speed is accelerated by counter-clockwise rotation and the drilling speed is slowed down by clockwise rotation.
